To start a phone call:
 Hallo.
 Hallo. This is Ahmad.
 Hallo. Mieke’s speaking.
 Brown’s residence.
 Hi, this is Tina.
 Hi. Is Lucia there?

 Hallo. Is this Mrs. Susan?
